Intercompany & Invoicing Analyst – Fixed‑Term Project

About the role

Manage the entire sample process from receipt of request through successful completion and delivery to the customer, communicating key events and status as required. Collaborate with internal BASF functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Technical Groups to ensure timely delivery of all sample requests.

Key responsibilities

• Process domestic and international sample requests by creating and managing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP.
• Monitor open order reports, manage backlog orders and ensure timely follow‑up on required actions.
• Apply established business policies, identify cross‑functional issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with business units, laboratories, distribution centers, logistics providers and corporate functions (Costing, Dangerous Goods, Foreign Trade, Product Regulatory, Customer Service) to guarantee accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain understanding of supply planning and inventory management, conduct global stock checks and track material movements in SAP.
• Build collaborative relationships with customers, global colleagues and internal partners, facilitate decision‑making, remove operational roadblocks and communicate order status clearly.

Required profile

• University degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role focused on service delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
