Integration Engineer - Customer Data Platform (CDP)

About the role

Blend is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain data integrations that connect multiple systems and platforms. The role focuses on creating reliable data flows, integrating APIs, and supporting customer data initiatives to ensure accurate collection, processing, and availability of information across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between diverse systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
• Build and support data pipelines that move customer data across platforms.
• Work with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to enable data management and activation.
• Implement solutions for data matching, identity resolution, and management of customer identifiers.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across integrated environments.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and improve existing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support secure handling of encrypted or hashed customer identifiers.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and maintaining production API integrations, including handling authentication, rate limits, retries, and error handling.
• Experience with identity resolution, audience matching, and secure handling of hashed identifiers.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Ability to design reusable and scalable integration solutions.
• Self‑motivated and capable of taking ownership of technical initiatives.
