Hall Manager for Gastronomic Garden

About the role

We are seeking a Hall Manager to lead the front‑of‑house operations of our Gastronomic Garden restaurant located in Lagomar, Ciudad de la Costa. The manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high service standards, and driving continuous improvement across all service areas. This position requires close coordination with kitchen staff, suppliers, and the broader management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the performance of cashiers, ice‑cream station, bar staff, and cleaning crew.
• Monitor service flow, manage guest seating, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose corrective or preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations.
• Oversee inventory of front‑of‑house supplies and coordinate with the kitchen for stock replenishment.
• Develop staff schedules, conduct training sessions, and evaluate employee performance.
• Promote a collaborative work culture and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.

Required profile
