Graphic Designer (Digital Campaigns)

About the role

Ridge is looking for a proactive Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of digital campaigns, including promotional, holiday, and seasonal initiatives across web and retention channels. You will work closely with senior creative leaders and marketing teams to turn concepts into polished assets.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, develop, and execute visuals for digital campaigns, promotional launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Optimize graphics and images for online platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compatibility with web and mobile interfaces.
• Lead design work in Figma, building layouts, organizing files, creating components, and collaborating in real‑time.
• Prepare and deliver mockups and final assets for e‑commerce pages, email templates, paid product pages, and web banners.
• Maintain an organized repository of design files with version control.
• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming and visual strategy sessions.
• Uphold and evolve visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency in typography, layout, and color.
• Manage multiple deadlines with a calm, can‑do approach while balancing speed and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in DTC e‑commerce and digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam, including design systems and developer handoff.
• Strong conceptualization, visual communication, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality designs that meet business objectives.
