Freelance AI Trainer – Data Annotation

About the role

We are looking for freelance AI Trainers to support Toloka’s data annotation projects. As a remote annotator you will help improve generative AI models by reviewing and labeling various types of content such as text, images, and video.

Key responsibilities

• Examine provided data (text, images, videos) and assign labels or classifications according to detailed project guidelines.
• Identify and flag content that is factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear.
• Provide quality feedback and ask clarifying questions when project instructions are ambiguous.
• Participate in project‑based tasks that become available only when a specific AI project is active.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking, fact‑checking and reasoning abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
