About the role
We are looking for a proactive Salon Manager to lead the operations of our Gastronomic Garden in Lagomar, Ciudad de la Costa. This full‑time position oversees multiple service areas, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise performance of teams across cashiers, ice‑cream service, bar, and cleaning.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective or preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Foster a collaborative work culture and maintain a positive workplace climate.
Required profile
- Preferably male, residing in the area or possessing a personal vehicle.
- Strong leadership qualities, responsible, and initiative‑driven.
- Available for full‑time work schedule.
