About the role

The Treasury Assistant will support the financial administration of the company by managing collections, payments, and cash movements. This position works closely with the finance team to ensure accurate recording and control of cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on collections from current accounts and insurers, ensuring proper account health.
• Analyze account balances and aging, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.
• Process supplier payments according to established procedures.
• Record and reconcile cash and bank movements.
• Register new current‑account clients and keep financial information up to date.
• Handle documentation related to insurers.
• Perform accounting entries linked to the sector’s operations.
• Provide operational and administrative support to group companies, ensuring uniform criteria, process compliance, and quality financial information.

Required profile

• University studies (third year or higher) in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum one year of experience in similar accounting or administrative tasks.
• Strong command of computer tools, especially Excel.

Required skills

• Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
