Analista de Inteligencia Comercial

About the role

The Commercial Intelligence Analyst will support the commercial management team of a leading food‑industry company. The role involves turning sales, customer, product and channel data into clear, actionable information for decision‑making, offering a comprehensive view of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update and analyse sales reports and commercial indicators, segmenting data by product, client, channel, zone and salesperson.
• Assist in building and monitoring sales forecasts, tracking objectives and results, and identifying variations, deviations and trends.
• Contribute to budget preparation and commercial planning processes.
• Maintain dashboards and databases, ensuring data availability and quality.
• Provide analytical support to the commercial team, delivering relevant reports for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with production, distribution and other departments to integrate commercial information and drive reporting and process improvements.

Required profile

• Complete high‑school education; preferably studies in Commercial, Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in sales analysis, commercial intelligence, reporting, management control, data analysis or commercial support.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools is a plus.
• Analytical, organised, detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and continuous‑improvement mindset.
