About the role

Join a managed‑services program that supports Airbnb’s Luxe offering by conducting on‑site home assessments. You will evaluate luxury properties, capture high‑quality photos, and produce detailed reports that help maintain the brand’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned luxury homes in Punta del Este and perform comprehensive property evaluations.
• Document property conditions, take professional photos, and record observations using provided templates.
• Complete structured assessment reports and submit them promptly through the MediaBox platform.
• Communicate with hosts to coordinate scheduling and address any questions.
• Ensure travel and reporting compliance with the program’s guidelines.

Required profile

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a one‑hour radius of the job location.
• Own a smartphone or tablet capable of uploading photos and reports.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate variable assignment volumes.

What we offer

• Per‑assignment compensation, with base rates typically ranging from $40‑$52 USD for a one‑bedroom property.
• Additional $5 USD per extra bedroom (up to eight bedrooms).
• Travel reimbursement based on distance from the assigned zone, ranging from $5‑$92 USD per day.
