Web Development Manager – Marketing & Webflow

About the role

We are a fast‑growing vertical SaaS company focused on elective medicine. We are looking for an experienced Web Development Manager to lead and mentor a globally‑distributed team of developers, drive web strategy, and ensure technical excellence across all web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a web development roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain pixel‑perfect Webflow sites and oversee complex WordPress migrations.
• Design and implement automations using Zapier, Make, custom scripts and API integrations.
• Ensure site performance, SEO, accessibility and analytics compliance.
• Lead, coach and conduct code reviews for junior and senior developers across time zones.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from kickoff to launch, coordinating with design, marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of web development experience with at least 4 years in a management role.
• Proven success leading remote, globally‑distributed teams.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous startup or agency environments.
• Strong project‑management and communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Webflow and WordPress development.
• Extensive experience with complex website migrations and domain transfers.
• Automation tools: Zapier, Make, custom scripting, API integrations.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design.
• Web performance optimization, analytics, SEO fundamentals, UX best practices.
