Senior Technical Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver complex digital transformation, data platform, or AI‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project governance activities including stand‑ups, delivery reviews, and risk management.
• Oversee delivery timelines, track milestones, and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers, integration challenges, and resource constraints.
• Produce executive reports that translate technical progress into clear business impact.
• Maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for application releases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional technical project management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation, data platform, or AI initiatives.
• Experience managing complex initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and data teams.
• Strong ability to work autonomously 40 hours per week in a fast‑paced Agile environment.
