Salesforce Developer

About the role

EverPass Media is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build and optimise the systems that power its revenue engine. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance and Operations, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that support a high‑growth go‑to‑market motion.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow.
• Own the full development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and architecture to testing, deployment and release management.
• Maintain a clean, well‑documented codebase with strong test coverage and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including product catalog, pricing, quoting, approvals and revenue‑lifecycle automation.
• Support the end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash process in partnership with Finance and Sales Operations.
• Administer the Salesforce platform – security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and environment management.
• Establish governance standards for metadata, data quality, release management and user adoption.
• Manage sandbox environments, user provisioning and compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building Salesforce solutions that impact sales and operational processes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation.
