About the role

We are seeking a Medical Billing & Pre-Authorizations Agent to support revenue cycle operations for a US‑based client. The role involves managing billing processes, handling pre‑authorizations, and ensuring accurate, compliant account resolution while communicating professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing processes by identifying and resolving accounts across multiple payors, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Submit, review, and follow up on pre‑authorizations in line with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all account activities within client systems.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.
• Develop and monitor payment arrangements according to client guidelines.
• Analyze account data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable US healthcare regulations.
• Meet productivity and quality standards within a structured environment.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
