Global Business Implementation Manager

About the role

The Global Business Implementation Manager leads the end‑to‑end implementation of new corporate travel solutions for ALTOUR’s clients. The role ensures successful transition from offline to online booking tools, aligning technical delivery with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage net new business implementations and occasional online booking tool roll‑outs.
• Act as the business owner for implementations, delivering results and ensuring best practices.
• Provide technical oversight of product installation environments and maintain system performance.
• Lead projects from verbal award through delivery, maintaining communication with customers.
• Plan, organise and control multiple initiatives within approved scope and schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions and Operations to validate scope, contracts, technical specifications and data analytics.
• Design scalable engineering structures and define implementation team roles.
• Apply Operational Excellence principles related to Labor Management Systems, Workforce Optimization and performance coaching.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable designs and manage change control.
• Develop ramp‑up plans, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Business ownership and leadership of implementation projects.
• Accountability for delivering business results.
• First‑line decision‑making authority, including ramp‑up planning and risk mitigation.
• Understanding of Operational Excellence, Labor Management Systems and Workforce Optimization.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
