Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide best‑in‑class travel services to our valued customers. You will work closely with independent advisor business owners, handling all aspects of travel planning and execution for their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Book air, car, hotel, and limo reservations using the Sabre reservation system.
• Issue tickets, process exchanges, MCOs, voids, and refunds through Sabre.
• Generate invoices via Sabre or the Agent Portal as required.
• Deliver consultative, high‑quality customer service throughout the booking process.
• Research destinations, accommodations, travel advisories, and costs using online resources.
• Resolve customer service issues directly with vendors while keeping advisors informed.
• Plan international travel, applying knowledge of geography, routing, fare structures, and entry requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of full‑time travel‑agent experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats, shortcuts, pricing, fare calculations, e‑ticketing, and exchanges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven dispute‑resolution abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Sabre reservation system (graphical mode preferred).
• GDS (Global Distribution System) expertise.
