Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (Top‑Tier Strategy Consulting Experience)

About the role

This is a remote, project‑based freelance position focused on designing realistic consulting scenarios for advanced AI systems. You will work independently to translate authentic strategy‑consulting engagements into structured learning environments that train AI agents in high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with a team of former top‑tier consultants to ensure authenticity and rigor of the scenarios.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
• No deep technical background required; willingness to learn lightweight tooling.
