Mechanical/Plumbing BIM Specialist – Revit & Navisworks (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical/Plumbing BIM Specialist with strong Revit and Navisworks skills to support US‑based projects. The position is fully remote for candidates located in LATAM and offers a paid learning environment where you can work on real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mechanical models (HVAC, plumbing, piping) using Revit.
• Perform clash detection and coordination in Navisworks.
• Deliver models to LOD 400 and support prefabrication workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams and ensure compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• 1–2 years as a Mechanical Modeler or 3–5 years as a Mechanical BIM Specialist.
• Hands‑on experience with HVAC, plumbing, or piping systems.
• Upper‑intermediate English and immediate availability.
