FinOps Analyst

About the role

dLocal is seeking a FinOps Analyst to join its global FinOps team. You will help automate and improve the company’s reconciliation processes, supporting the fast‑moving payments technology business that serves emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and support automation for all reconciliation processes.
• Identify, report and follow up on issues within the automated reconciliation platform.
• Propose and create new processes while continuously improving existing ones.
• Collaborate closely with the FinOps team and other internal departments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in projects, QA testing, internal or external auditing, reconciliations, or work at multinational companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and excellent organization.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets and adapt quickly to change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with Simetrik (preferred).
