About the role
We are seeking a high‑energy Business Development Representative to join our fast‑paced B2B SaaS sales team. You will act as the engine of growth, generating new conversations, penetrating key accounts and feeding the sales pipeline for our international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach, maintaining at least 80 calls per day.
- Prospect, profile and qualify high‑value leads in the technology and SaaS sectors.
- Execute multi‑channel outreach including cold calling, personalized email and LinkedIn networking.
- Navigate complex organisational structures to reach decision‑makers and schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM to ensure a clean sales funnel.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑volume outbound sales or business development.
- Deep understanding of B2B tech/SaaS procurement cycles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with instant rapport building.
- Resilient “hunter” mentality comfortable making 80+ calls daily.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Sandler, SPIN or Challenger.
