Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring projects are scoped, prioritized, and executed with high quality.
• Partner with senior AI engineers to validate technical decisions, step in hands‑on when needed, and mitigate delivery risks early.
• Balance technical feasibility, business priorities, and team capacity in a fast‑moving environment.
• Represent the AI Engineering team in cross‑functional collaborations and practice‑wide execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI or machine‑learning engineering teams.
