Agentic Python Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic Python Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain Python applications using frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Leverage AI engineering tools (OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) to accelerate coding and review AI‑generated code for quality and performance.
• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to large, complex systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year college).
• Proven experience with Python and its major frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
