Video Editor (Short-Form Content)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to produce short‑form video ads for our digital media brands, including FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies and OnlyInYourState. You will craft engaging UGC‑style videos for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, helping to boost ad performance and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Edit high‑quality short‑form video ads for multiple social platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop titles, thumbnails and creative concepts.
• Record and incorporate a‑roll, b‑roll and other UGC footage as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to generate new hooks, b‑roll and video concepts.
• Monitor comments and performance metrics to continuously optimise content.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional video‑editing experience, preferably in short‑form social media content.
• Strong creative sense with the ability to propose innovative ideas that align with campaign objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fast response in Slack and a collaborative mindset.
• Analytical mindset with basic understanding of paid‑media KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI).

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere
• AI tools such as ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude
• Deep knowledge of short‑form content structure – hooks, storytelling, pacing.
• Experience recording a‑roll/b‑roll and creating UGC‑style footage.
