Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide best‑in‑class travel consulting for our valued customers. You will work closely with independent advisor business owners to arrange air, hotel, car, and limousine travel for corporate executives, leisure travelers, and entertainment industry clients.

Key responsibilities

• Book air, car, and hotel reservations using the Sabre reservation system.
• Issue tickets, exchanges, MCOs, voids, and refunds through Sabre.
• Prepare invoices via Sabre or the Agent Portal as required.
• Deliver consultative, high‑quality customer service throughout the booking process.
• Research destinations, accommodations, travel advisories, reviews, and costs using online resources.
• Resolve customer service issues directly with vendors while keeping advisors informed.
• Plan international travel, applying knowledge of geography, routing, fare calculations, and foreign travel requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of full‑time experience as a travel agent handling domestic and international bookings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client counseling.
• Excellent dispute‑resolution abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Sabre reservation system (graphical mode preferred), including GDS formats, shortcuts, pricing, fare calculations, e‑ticketing, and exchanges.
