Vendor Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Altisource is seeking a proactive Vendor Sourcing Specialist to join its Field Services business unit. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a high‑performing vendor network that supports the company’s real‑estate and mortgage services.

Key responsibilities

• Source and certify new vendors, guiding them through the certification process to achieve cost reductions and performance improvements.
• Monitor overall vendor performance, develop improvement plans, and implement corrective actions for under‑performing partners.
• Conduct demand‑planning exercises to forecast sourcing needs and ensure client service level agreements are met.
• Terminate and replace vendors that fail to meet performance standards, safeguarding client SLAs.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Daily communication with an assigned vendor network regarding order status, reallocations, and client requirements.
• Comfortable creating professional presentations and analytical decks using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
