Technical Program Manager – Fusion & Platform Integration

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Fusion and platform integration initiatives. You will drive technical improvements, product implementations, and tooling enhancements while ensuring standardized execution across complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical initiatives focused on Fusion and platform integrations.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of technical improvements, product implementations, and tooling enhancements.
• Apply standardized methodologies to maintain quality and consistency across projects.
• Proactively manage cross‑team dependencies and assess technical risks to avoid delays.
• Maintain transparent communication with senior stakeholders, providing progress tracking and clear accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale technical programs in cloud or platform environments.
• Understanding of enterprise‑level integration initiatives, especially Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
• Deep familiarity with software development lifecycles, technical risk assessment, and dependency mapping.
• Experience implementing or enhancing technical tools and processes to improve engineering efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High ownership, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
