About the role

The Solutions Sales Consultant is a pre‑sales professional who works closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to drive revenue for Aven Hospitality’s hospitality technology platform. You will translate hotel clients’ business needs into technical solutions, showcase value, and support both new and renewal opportunities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management throughout the sales cycle to propose functional and technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Act as the technical lead and subject‑matter expert on Aven Hospitality products, capabilities, and requirements.
  • Translate hospitality client requirements into clear technical proposals that demonstrate ROI.
  • Scope and document technical requirements in Customer Onboarding Plans or Blueprint documents.
  • Support customer onboarding by providing functional and strategic advice to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Assist in RFP responses and create accurate technical documentation with compelling solution positioning.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product configurations, capabilities, and integration options.
  • Stay current on hospitality industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

  • Customer‑facing pre‑sales experience in a technology‑focused environment.
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of hospitality software solutions.
  • Consultative selling skills with a focus on value‑based selling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global sales and account teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
