SEO Manager – Build Content Engine & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to create and run a high‑volume content engine for a B2B lead generation agency. You will launch a blog, publish multiple posts daily, and use AI tools to drive both informational and transactional traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Build a content engine from scratch, including a daily publishing schedule of 1‑2 blog posts.
• Write and maintain instruction sets for Claude (LLM) covering brand voice, linking rules, technical settings, and target keywords.
• Integrate Ahrefs, the CMS, and DataForSEO with Claude to automate keyword research, brief creation, and technical audits.
• Target informational keywords for authority and transactional keywords for conversions, justifying choices with search volume and difficulty.
• Manage backlink acquisition, rejecting low‑quality links and overseeing exchange programs, outsourced PR, and paid placements.
• Own technical SEO aspects such as site structure, internal linking, indexation, page speed, and schema implementation.
• Report weekly on organic‑sourced booked meetings.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with direct impact on pipeline or revenue.
• Proven ability to grow a site from near‑zero organic traffic to a significant source of bookings.
• Experience in B2B services is preferred.
• Comfortable writing instruction sets for LLMs to produce publishable content at scale.
