Senior QA Engineer – Fully Remote

About the role

As a Senior QA Engineer you will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality, reliability and user experience of Tether’s fintech products. The role blends manual testing with the design and maintenance of automated frameworks, supporting rapid, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
• Perform exploratory, regression and performance testing across product suites.
• Identify, document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve testing processes to reduce manual effort and accelerate release cycles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
