Senior Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to create high‑impact digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex digital products from concept through delivery, ensuring visual consistency and usability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Maintain and evolve design systems using advanced Figma features.
• Integrate AI tools such as Cursor into the design workflow to improve efficiency.
• Prepare design assets for developer handoff and support front‑end implementation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and high‑quality visual design.
• Experience working on large, complex systems and Agile/Scrum teams.

Required skills

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• Cursor (AI‑assisted design tool).
• UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Responsive web and mobile‑first design.
• User research, usability testing, wireframing, interactive prototyping.
• Developer handoff processes.
