Senior MLOps Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver production‑ready machine‑learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end‑to‑end MLOps platforms and production ML workflows.
• Develop backend services using Python, Go, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Implement feature stores, feature pipelines, and data workflows with SQL.
• Integrate and manage tools such as Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow, or comparable MLOps stacks.
• Set up A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for ML‑driven products.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable, scalable deployments.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical direction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, MLOps, or ML engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Proven track record building large, complex, production‑grade ML systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership and work through challenging technical issues.
