Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

Integer Holdings Corp. is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its R&D department. The role focuses on the design of electronic circuits for implantable and non‑implantable medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuits for implantable and non‑implantable medical devices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate electrical components seamlessly.
• Perform simulations and testing to validate performance and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic components and systems.
• Engage with customers and provide technical support.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and reports.
• Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and reliability requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience designing electronic systems, preferably in the medical device industry.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Discrete electronic circuit design.
• Embedded systems development.
• PCB layout design using eCAD tools (e.g., Mentor PADS, Altium) and IPC design rules.
• Knowledge of medical device standards such as ISO 14708 and IEC 60601.
• RF design experience or knowledge.
