Salesforce QA Engineer – AI‑Augmented Testing

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with a focus on AI‑augmented testing to join our fast‑moving team. You will ensure platform stability and performance across multiple Salesforce orgs while leveraging cutting‑edge automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies using AI‑assisted testing tools.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing of Salesforce components.
• Test Apex code, Flows, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Drive automation efforts across releases and maintain test coverage.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Support platform stability, performance validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years working with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform components.
• Hands‑on experience testing Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations.
• Advanced English communication skills.
