Retention Account Manager – LATAM (Forex/CFD)

About the role

Weltrade is looking for a proactive Retention Account Manager to join its Growth & Retention team. The role focuses on retaining, reactivating and activating deposits for existing Forex/CFD clients across the LATAM region. You will work remotely in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to registered and existing clients.
• Support clients with deposits, account activation and platform‑related questions.
• Reactivate inactive clients and encourage trading activity.
• Identify client needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Track all interactions in the CRM system.
• Share recurring client feedback and friction points with the team.

Required profile

• Experience in Forex, CFD, Trading, Crypto, Brokerage or Fintech environments.
• Background in retention, conversion, activation, account management or client success.
• Comfortable working with high call volumes and KPI targets.
• Fluent Spanish (C1‑C2) and English (B2+).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• MT4 and MT5 platforms.
• Intercom, Customer.io or CloudTalk (or similar tools).
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
