About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist/Telephone Operator to join a leading automotive dealership in Punta Gorda, Montevideo. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, managing phone communications and providing basic administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route calls through the central telephone system.
- Welcome visitors, register them and escort them to the sales area.
- Offer tea and coffee service to clients.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
Required profile
- Proactive, dynamic and solution‑oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
- Ability to interact politely with the public.
Required skills
- Previous experience in a similar reception or telephone role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience operating a telephone central system.
- Good level of English.
