QA Analyst – Global Content Production

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a QA Analyst to support the quality assurance of its multi‑channel content systems. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with global studios, craft experts and AI‑driven tools to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain test plans for content production pipelines.
• Identify, document and track defects across various media formats.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and production teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Validate that AI‑enhanced workflows produce consistent, high‑quality results.
• Provide regular quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in quality assurance within media, production or related technology environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
