Production Coordinator

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its global production team. You will work closely with the Project Manager and a multidisciplinary production crew to ensure tasks are efficiently allocated, deadlines are met, and continuous improvement is driven across the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Intake and evaluate incoming production tasks.
• Assign work to the appropriate team members.
• Estimate timelines and provide ETAs to Project Managers.
• Review agency timelines and give feedback.
• Track ETAs with the production team and flag any issues.
• Raise alerts for workload overflow and communicate team availability.
• Monitor incidents and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Full‑time onsite availability for the first three months (09:30‑19:00).
• Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in agile development environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing, advertising, or product development is a plus.
• Compliance with local labor regulations (Law No. 19,691 and Decree No. 73/019).
