Office Manager & Employee Experience Analyst

About the role

The Office Manager & Employee Experience Analyst is the go‑to person for keeping daily operations running smoothly and creating a workplace where employees can thrive. You will support the People and Admin team, manage office logistics, and help shape a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the People and Admin team.
• Partner with the People Experience team to organize events, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
• Process invoices, support office budget management, and maintain expense reports.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment purchases.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transfers.
• Oversee office facilities, maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, and workplace improvements.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding logistics for a smooth employee experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for office‑related needs and gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on cultural initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, office management, or operations roles.
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial processes.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a service‑oriented attitude.
• High reliability, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
