NetSuite Application Support Analyst

About the role

The NetSuite Application Support Analyst provides day‑to‑day operational support for NetSuite and its integrations, working closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution. This entry‑level position offers exposure to NetSuite administration, integration monitoring, and project support while assisting senior analysts and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile data integrations between NetSuite and upstream/downstream systems on a daily basis.
• Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies related to transactions, integrations, or system processes.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for NetSuite users, handling requests on transactions, reports, saved searches, and basic configuration.
• Assist with user access, role troubleshooting, and navigation questions.
• Support project activities during NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations, including testing and UAT.
• Maintain integration logs, reconciliation checklists, and operational documentation.
• Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements or automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in application, ERP, or financial systems support.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts such as GL, AR, AP, and journal entries.
• Strong analytical attention to detail and ability to communicate with technical and business users.
