Mid-Level Golang Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Golang Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Go services using idiomatic package design, goroutines, channels and the standard testing toolchain.
• Design, build and operate distributed systems and micro‑services, including RESTful and gRPC APIs.
• Integrate and manage message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or NATS, handling delivery guarantees and replay.
• Containerize applications and manage workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, writing manifests and troubleshooting live environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling using platforms like Tekton, Argo, Jenkins X, Spinnaker, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Work with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) on compute, networking and load‑balancing resources.
• Participate in observability implementation with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus or similar stacks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Go development, including Go modules and testing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Production experience designing and operating distributed systems.
