Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive B2B marketing initiatives for the Leaders Alliance community within Travel Leaders Network. This role focuses on building vibrant travel‑advisor networks, supporting community engagement, and optimizing marketing programs that connect advisors with valuable resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and maintain B2B marketing campaigns for the Leaders Alliance, including newsletters, email blasts, events and webinars.
• Champion the community’s Facebook groups, fostering interaction and knowledge sharing among travel advisors.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and alliance members, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Manage program enrollment processes and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Account Management, Industry Relations, Technology, Sales and Creative teams to align tactics with strategic goals.
• Support additional branding initiatives for Travel Leaders Network and its associate programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering measurable results.
