Lead .NET Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Lead .NET Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend systems and APIs that power our digital agreement and e‑signature platform. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment, while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability in Azure‑hosted environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services and APIs using C# and .NET, hosted in Azure.
• Leverage Azure services such as App Services, Kubernetes Service (AKS), Blob Storage, and SQL/NoSQL databases to build scalable, secure cloud‑native solutions.
• Build and maintain microservices‑based architectures and implement RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• Optimize architecture for scalability, availability, cost efficiency, and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges proactively.
• Collaborate across teams for design alignment, communicate decisions, and remove roadblocks.
• Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in high‑scale distributed systems.
• 8+ years building resilient, highly available web services.
• Proven experience documenting architectural standards and decisions.
• Solid full‑stack development background.
• Availability to fully cover PST working hours, Monday‑Friday.
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
