Lead Generation Campaign Manager

About the role

AdPrime is seeking a Lead Generation Campaign Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of health‑focused lead generation campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Lead Generation, you will ensure campaigns launch on time, stay on pace, and meet performance commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate RFP intake, build proposals, track win/loss and manage insertion orders.
• Set up and maintain Unbounce landing pages, implement tags, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor daily campaign pacing using LeadsPedia and partner reports, make pacing decisions and resolve delivery issues.
• Conduct quality assurance and compliance checks before and during campaign execution.
• Produce regular performance reports and surface insights for strategic decisions.
• Maintain operational playbooks, drive process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with media partners and internal stakeholders to optimize campaign performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end lead generation campaigns in a B2B or health‑media environment.
• Strong ability to handle RFP pipelines, landing page creation, and daily pacing oversight.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance, quality assurance and data‑driven reporting.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team and supporting senior leadership.
