Industrial Director

About the role

The company, a leading food industry player, is seeking an Industrial Director to lead its entire industrial operation. Reporting to the General Management, the role will drive efficiency, continuous improvement and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production, maintenance and technical management ensuring high standards of quality, food safety, productivity, service and occupational safety.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization, including automation projects.
• Manage performance indicators, support investment and transformation projects, and ensure operational objectives are met.
• Develop and strengthen team capabilities, fostering a results‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• University degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience leading industrial operations in the food sector.
• Proven experience managing teams and developing middle management.
• Intermediate level of English.
