Housing Outreach & Sales Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Housing Outreach & Sales Coordinator to source and secure temporary relocation housing for families. The role combines research, cold‑calling, and partnership development with landlords and property managers.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming relocation housing requests and match them to budget, location, size and timing criteria.
• Research properties on platforms such as Zillow, Furnished Finder, Realtor.com and Apartments.com.
• Enter property details into the company CRM.
• Contact landlords and property managers to present corporate housing partnership benefits.
• Qualify leads, move opportunities through the sales pipeline and coordinate final placement with leadership.

Required profile

• Strong sales and communication abilities, comfortable with cold outreach.
• At least 1 year of sales, customer service or outreach experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
