Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to own the candidate experience for both internal and external openings. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining engagement and commitment.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, facilitating clear communication.
• Collect and convey comprehensive candidate data to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and influence candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
