Hands-On Tech Lead – PropTech & Real Estate Media

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hands-On Tech Lead to drive full‑stack development for a cutting‑edge PropTech and real‑estate media platform. You will work directly on code daily, turning ambiguous ideas into reliable, production‑grade features while shaping AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical execution for end‑to‑end features, balancing rapid delivery with long‑term code health.
• Write clean, production‑grade TypeScript code across the full stack, from APIs to user‑facing web experiences.
• Architect and deploy custom AI and agentic systems, including state‑machine logic and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Build trust and reliability mechanisms such as guardrails, traceability frameworks, and quality algorithms to measure LLM output reliability.
• Transform high‑level, ambiguous concepts into functional code quickly, minimizing lengthy architecture meetings.
• Establish and enforce rigorous engineering standards and code‑review processes.

Required profile

• Expert‑level full‑stack engineer with a strong bias toward action.
• Proven experience delivering high‑performance TypeScript APIs and complex backend systems.
• Deep understanding of AI/LLM engineering, custom agentic workflows, and reliability measurement.
• Ability to work autonomously in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
