Key responsibilities

• Build and continuously optimise lead‑generation funnels across multiple channels.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, automation, and campaign performance.
• Launch, test, and refine both outbound and inbound growth campaigns.
• Monitor funnel metrics, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Create and manage lead‑nurturing sequences and follow‑up processes.
• Collaborate on positioning, messaging, and overall growth strategy.
• Analyse campaign data, extract insights, and act on them quickly.
• Experiment with new AI‑driven marketing tactics and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimisation, and customer journeys.
• Hands‑on experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Ability to manage campaigns independently and move quickly.
