Executive Assistant to the President & Founder

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the President & Founder of a boutique advisory firm that operates across the U.S., Africa, Europe, and Latin America. The role is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Latin America. You will act as the primary gatekeeper for communications, calendar, and travel, ensuring the Founder can focus on high‑impact activities.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging inbound email, drafting correspondence, and maintaining the Founder’s voice.
• Managing a complex, multi‑time‑zone calendar, protecting focus time, and coordinating meetings with clients, partners, and event hosts.
• Organising travel itineraries, conference logistics, and speaking‑engagement preparations.
• Tracking key contacts, supporting follow‑up with clients, partners, and event participants.
• Monitoring LinkedIn activity, drafting engagement suggestions, and flagging media opportunities.
• Conducting targeted research and preparing concise briefing materials.

Required profile

• Exceptional judgment and the ability to work independently when the Founder is unavailable.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to emulate the Founder’s tone.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities across different time zones.
• Professional presentation; optional video introduction is a plus.
