Email Marketing Coder – Email Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Email Marketing Coder to join our dynamic team. You will develop and deploy email marketing campaigns across various internal systems, ensuring high‑quality performance and strict adherence to industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Code responsive email templates from design files, ensuring compatibility across devices and email clients.
• Perform quality assurance using tools such as Litmus or EmailOnAcid and troubleshoot rendering or deliverability issues.
• Generate and implement link‑tracking codes for accurate performance reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing leads to define project scope and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards for design, accessibility, deliverability, and user engagement.
• Oversee timely deployment of email campaigns while maintaining output integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs (Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, etc.).
• 3‑5 years experience in email marketing production, preferably on large enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
