Electrical BIM Modeler (Revit) – Remote LATAM

About the role

We are building a production BIM team that supports real U.S. construction projects. The position is for an Electrical BIM Modeler who creates detailed, installation‑ready electrical models in Revit on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Model electrical systems in Revit, including power distribution, branch circuits, conduit routing, cable trays, panels, lighting, and low‑voltage systems.
• Produce construction‑level BIM models with fabrication‑oriented detail (LOD 400).
• Run clash detection in Navisworks, resolve issues, and generate coordination reports.
• Coordinate directly with U.S.-based project teams in English.
• Support multidisciplinary BIM and VDC workflows across active construction projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on electrical BIM modeling experience in Revit production environments.
• Experience delivering LOD 400, installation‑ready electrical models.
• Active Navisworks experience for clash detection and issue management.
• Professional English communication skills for meetings, calls, and written correspondence.
